Disney's World, Orlando, FL Nov 21-25, 2011

"Open your eyes", said mom.  As soon as finishing my sentence, Sean and Luke opened their eyes and looked at the cards I made "Tickets to Disney's world".  Sean was screaming and dancing "Yes!  We are going to Disney's world!" while Luke was not sure what it was.

Sean explained to Luke and they watched the Disney vacation video.  Then they started planning for the rides and parks each day.   Now Luke was also excited and ready to go!

We left Wed Nov 21 evening and arrived Orlando almost 10 pm.  We took the Disney's bus to the hotel.  The bus had to stop and drop guests in different Disney hotel.  We were the last group.  It was almost 12 am when we got to our bedroom and unpacked.  It was a long day but we were ready for the FUN time tomorrow.

Thursday Nov 22: Thanksgiving Day at Epcot!
The weather was perfect..not too hot and not too cold.  As soon as the hotel bus dropped us and entered the gate, we ran in the big dome "Spaceship Earth", the landmark of Epcot.  We traveled back to the olden days and came back to the future.  It was a great ride!  We came back again in the evening.  Luke was lost for 5 mins.  After we came out, he ran to some interesting games and exhibits in the dome.  He was faster than us.  My heart almost stopped because there were too many people.  Fortunately, we found him after we talked with security there.  Thanks God!

We then went to Mission Space (Shuttle Simulator) which was the NASA style training.  Each of us had responsibility and were instructed to complete our roles in the flight (navigator, pilot, commander or engineer).  It was excited and it was fun!

We also did "Soarin" where we were flying over Golden Gate Bridge with our legs hanging, The Seas with Nemo and Friends, where we enjoyed the colorful undersea characters.

One of the best ride in this park was "Test Track".   It was designed to go with high octane spin and was really fast.  We did it last and it was worth waiting for!

Beside the thrilled rides, we visited World Showcase area where we enjoyed cultures for different counties
such as China, Mexico, Japan and so on.  At night we got to take pictures with Mickey Mouse and his friends.  When we went back to the hotel, Sean and Luke still wanted to have some fun.  So they swam at the hotel although I thought it was cool.

Friday Nov 23: Animal Kingdom and Studio (morning)
Sean and Luke picked some rides in Animal Kingdom which were Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain (speeding train in Himalayan Mountains), Kali River Rapids (river raft ride) and Primeval Whirl in Dino Land. (spin and slide on time machine).  Our best ride in this park is the Expedition Everest where the ride took us up so high and went back worth as well.  I screamed really LOUD!

Friday Nov 23: Animal Kingdom and Studio (afternoon)
We stayed at this Kingdom a half day before we headed to "Disney's Hollywood Studios" where we visited "American Idol" stage and experienced how to vote for the favorite singers, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Toy Story Midway Mania, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith (Sean and his dad only) and enjoyed the colorful boat and waterfall show.

The scariest ride is the Tower of Terror where it was so dark and haunted.  My hands were sweating all time when I were in this ride.  My heart almost stopped when the elevator dropped really fast!

Sat Nov 24: Magic Kingdom
This is our last day for our trip.  We spent all day in Magic Kingdom.  We started our day with the most fun ride - Space Mountain (rip-roaring rocket).  It was so dark and really fast!  Then we went on to "Pirates of the Caribbean", Buzz Light-year's Space Ranger Spin, It's a small world and Haunted Mansion.  In the evening, we enjoyed the show in front of the Cinderella's castle.
The next stop of that day is we took a hotel shuttle bus to the Disney's town where there were a lot of shopping stores and restaurants.  Of course we bought some souvenirs and had a great dinner there.  We came back to the hotel almost 10 pm!

We left early morning on Sunday (Nov 25th).  Although our time was limited to only 3 days, we had so much fun.  Of course, Sean and Luke didn't want to leave.  We love all the rides.  Thanks to the FASTPASS .  It saved our time from waiting in line a lot.  We will come back to see you again "Disney's World"!
